Sorry, Online Registration is Closed

It is with deep sadness that we announce that due to the Coronavirus crisis our 2020 UK worship festival will be postponed until August 27th-30th 2021. Current Government guidelines suggest that it will be very difficult for us to like we have in previous years. Even though some restrictions may ease between now and August, the clear expectation is that we will still need to maintain a high level of social distancing in order to prevent further spread of the virus. We want to be responsible and participate in helping protect the most vulnerable in society. In light of all this, we believe the best thing for our community at this stage is to plan for an amazing celebration together next year. Tickets will go back on sale at a later date.

Over the last eight years, David’s Tent has become a vital and significant ministry in the UK, by hosting not just our annual worship festival but also worship nights across the country. We have seen the body of Christ unify and come awake in the manifest presence of God. People have been healed, marriages have been restored, prodigals have returned home, and depression has been broken off in countless lives of many who have attended our gatherings.

David’s Tent is unique in many ways, but in particular, we are an organisation that is ‘owned’ by its community. We exist primarily because of your interest and investment in gathering to worship Jesus with us. We are sustained by each of our ticket holders rather than by large donors, underwriters or church partnerships. This has helped us to maintain the very organic nature of David’s Tent being solely for worship and free from other promotion or agenda. So, the very best way for David’s Tent to go forward is for us to roll all current ticket types to next year. This is exactly what we aim to do. We would love to be able to offer refunds, particularly in these circumstances. However, if we did refund every ticket it would be impossible for us to proceed as an organisation. In fact, due to lack of income we have already had to furlough three of our full-time staff members. We will do our best to honour requests in extreme circumstances and on a case by case basis. If you are a current ticket holder, you will receive specific instruction on how to proceed.

Even though the field at Wiston Estate will be quiet this year, we trust that the last 8 years of passionate praise, celebration and pursuit of Jesus will continue to resound in our homes and communities. We know that Jesus is doing a deep work in each of our lives during this time and that He is nearer in our homes and families than we’ve known before. We pray that your worship, intimacy and devotion to Jesus grow immensely through this season of Selah.

Together, we will continue to rebuild David’s fallen tent. What you have helped us to establish over the years is like nothing else in the nations. We anticipate the dramatic celebration to be had when we all come together again in 2021 to worship Jesus with more boldness, extravagance and gratitude than ever before. We can’t wait, but until then… extol the Lord at all times, let his praise be ever on your lips, glorify the Lord, let the afflicted hear and rejoice.’ Psalms 34:1-2. Let’s be the outworking of the tabernacle of David in our homes and communities. We believe that an awakening is upon us, the nations are hungry for truth and hope. We are the carriers of the presence of God and the hope of the Gospel. Now is the time for the boldness we’ve prayed for and the demonstration of our Faith. He is worthy!

Much Love,
